Description
The City of Lincoln, Nebraska is soliciting bids for the construction of a multi-modal transportation center (MMTC). This project involves the development of a facility designed to accommodate various modes of transportation, facilitating seamless transfers for passengers. Bidders must have a minimum of ten years of experience serving as a general contractor on commercial, institutional, public infrastructure, or transportation-related construction projects. Additionally, bidders must have successfully completed at least three projects within the past ten years that were funded, in whole or in part, by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) or were otherwise subject to Buy America requirements, comparable in scope and complexity to those applicable to this Project.
