Description
The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Farm Service Agency (FSA) requires paper shredding services for its State and County offices throughout Nebraska. This is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for a Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order with a base year and four option periods. The services will be provided to multiple locations across Nebraska, with specific frequencies outlined in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Vendors must be NAID Certified and provide locking containers for material deposit between shredding visits. The contract will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis.
