Description
Cuming County is soliciting sealed bids for asphalt repair services on County Road V, specifically between Road 14 and Road 17, referred to as 'Cleveland Oil'. This project requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the repairs. The scope includes an 8-inch layer of asphalt and comprehensive traffic control throughout the 3-mile project section. Bidders must submit an estimated time for project beginning and completion along with their bid proposal. A bid bond or certified check payable to the County Treasurer of Cuming County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid proposal is required with the bid. Within ten (10) days following the award of the contract, the successful bidder must furnish a surety bond or bonds equal to or greater than the full contract amount, subject to acceptance by the Cuming County Board of Supervisors.
