Description
This is a Sources Sought notice for market research regarding a follow-on contract for Building Maintenance Contract (BMC) Support at the SATCOM Milstar campus, Building 1500, located at Offutt Air Force Base, Nebraska. The contract will encompass a comprehensive range of services including operation, maintenance, repair, inspection, upgrade, update, integration, and ensuring the continuous, safe, and efficient operation of all infrastructure, systems, equipment, facilities, and grounds. Services include preventative and corrective maintenance, scheduled sustainment, emergency repairs, inspections, testing, certifications, regulatory compliance, reporting, documentation, and necessary installations, modifications, and upgrades. The Air Force is seeking to determine if this acquisition should be a total set-aside for small businesses or another category under FAR Part 19. Interested parties are requested to submit capability packages electronically, detailing their company information (name, address, point of contact, Cage Code, DUNS, business size, security clearance) and their capability to perform services such as building maintenance, repair, asset management, preventive maintenance, emergency maintenance and repairs, building lifecycle management, specialty trades, and oversight of building management systems. Capability packages should be in MS Office or PDF format, unclassified, and not exceed 20 pages.
