Description
The Lucas County Land Bank is soliciting bids for the demolition of a vacant commercial building located at 2214 Airport Highway, Toledo, Ohio. The project scope includes the complete demolition of the structure, concrete, pavement, and fencing, followed by debris removal, site grading, and seeding to prepare the lot for future redevelopment. The work must be completed by August 31, 2026. Bidders must be qualified with the Lucas County Land Bank and must have successfully completed at least two prior projects of similar scale and scope within the last five years. The successful bidder will be required to enter into a project labor agreement with the Northwestern Ohio Building and Construction Trades Council and comply with prevailing wage requirements. The bid will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.
