Description
The City of Portland is soliciting bids for street improvements along NE 102nd to 115th Avenue. Prequalification is required in Class 2 - Street Improvements for projects valued at $2,800,000. Bidders must comply with prevailing wage rate requirements as per ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870 or the Davis Bacon Act. Bids must be submitted electronically by 2:00 PM on July 7, 2026, via SAP Business Network. Additional forms disclosing first-tier subcontractors are due by 4:00 PM on the same day. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on June 22, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. via conference call. The City encourages participation by COBID certified firms.
