Description
The US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Omaha District is issuing a draft Request for Proposal (RFP) for a $249 million Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) for Sentinel Construction Management Services (CMS). This unrestricted procurement seeks qualified firms to provide construction management services in support of the Sentinel program. The draft RFP is available for industry comment, and a virtual engagement call is scheduled for June 25, 2026. Comments and questions must be submitted via the ProjNet Bidder Inquiry system using the provided key. This is a pre-solicitation notice; no proposals are being accepted at this time.
