Description
The City of Pomona is soliciting bids for Invitation for Bid 2026-08, which involves street rehabilitation construction services for Districts 2 and 3, Phase I. This project requires the contractor to furnish all necessary materials, equipment, tools, labor, and incidentals as specified in the contract documents. Bidders must submit a bid bond, cashier's check, or certified check for ten percent (10%) of the bid price, payable to the City of Pomona. Upon award, the selected vendor must provide the original bid bond to the Public Works Department. Registration must be completed through PlanetBids, and bidders must be listed on the City of Pomona's "Prospective Bidders List" on PlanetBids to participate. Responses from bidders not registered through PlanetBids will be immediately rejected.
