Description
District Energy Corporation (DEC) is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts to upgrade reversing valves on Multistack MS70X6H1R0-R410A modular heat pump units. The units were originally installed in 2012. Bidders must provide a unit price for the necessary OEM parts for Side "A" and Side "B" upgrade kits. DEC intends to purchase a total quantity between 5 and 20 of each side "A" and side "B" upgrade kits. No "equal" or aftermarket substitutions will be accepted. The specific OEM part numbers required are VALVEKITMR70XARevValveRetroKitA and VALVEKITMR70XBRevValveRetroKitB. This solicitation is for material purchase only; installation will be handled under a separate contract. Delivery is FOB, Lincoln, Nebraska.
