Description
The City of Claremont, New Hampshire is soliciting proposals for the complete demolition of the structure located at 127 Sullivan Street. The selected contractor will be responsible for all aspects of the demolition project, including regulatory compliance, demolition, disposal, and closeout procedures. This includes obtaining necessary permits and notifications, performing the demolition of the structure and foundations, managing dust control and site safety, transporting and disposing of all waste at licensed facilities, and providing final closeout documentation. The contractor must have experience with at least three municipal or public-sector demolition projects of similar scope and complexity, and possess adequate staffing, equipment, and financial resources to perform the work safely and in compliance with all applicable regulations. Proposals must include a lump-sum price for the demolition, inclusive of all labor, equipment, disposal, and regulatory compliance costs.
