Description
This solicitation is for structural demolition services as part of the Spokane Community College Main Building, East Wing Renovation project. The project involves renovating the east wing of a two-story classroom and office facility, covering approximately 37,000 square feet, and constructing a new 3,000 square foot front entry addition. This is a prevailing wage project in accordance with State of Washington Statutes for Public Works Projects. Bids are specifically for the structural demolition phase only.
