This opportunity is for the construction of approximately 300 linear feet of elevated wood boardwalk, including landings, utilizing a design-build approach. The project also involves the construction of approximately 8,200 linear feet of 8' to 10' wide asphalt trail around Duncan Park Lake. This includes grading, tree removal, retaining wall construction, stone base setup, asphalt milling, and asphalt surface installation. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled to take place on-site on Tuesday, June 16, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Duncan Park Stadium.
