Description
The City of Cleburne is seeking quotes from qualified contractors for the demolition of a single-family home located at 207 N. Washington Street, Cleburne, Texas 76031. The scope of work includes all labor, machinery, tools, materials, and insurance necessary for the demolition. Contractors must also handle the removal and proper disposal of all debris, including large trees, and restore the site to a mowable condition. Utilities such as gas, water, and wiring to the electrical meter must be verified as disabled or removed by the contractor. Demolition activity is permitted between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. Three references from jobs performed within the last two years are required.
