Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is soliciting firm-fixed-price quotes for a quarterly requirement covering approximately 81 line items of subsistence foods. Items include dry and canned beans, rice, pasta, cereals, peanut butter, butter, dressings, oils, condiments, sugar, canned and frozen vegetables and fruit, frozen beef, poultry, fish, pork, and prepared kosher, kosher parve, kosher dairy, and halal meals. Products must meet the stated National Menu Specifications and applicable USDA, Commercial Item Description, and regulatory requirements. Quotes must identify the offered product brand or manufacturer and include required product details, photographs where specified, and religious certification letters for applicable kosher and halal products. Deliveries are FOB destination, scheduled between September 20 and October 9, 2026, during the specified receiving hours. Perishable and frozen products must meet temperature, packaging, labeling, freshness, and expiration-date requirements.
