Description
Chemung County is soliciting sealed bids for roof replacement at the Chemung County Youth Bureau Building, located at 599 Harris Hill Road in Elmira, New York. Bids must be submitted on the provided bid documents and include a bid deposit equal to 5% of the total base bid, in the form of a certified check, bank draft, or bid bond. The bid package includes plans, specifications, and proposal forms available through the Empire State Purchasing Group. Bidders must submit one original and one exact copy by the deadline; electronic and facsimile submissions will not be accepted. A pre-bid conference is scheduled at the project site, and attendance is strongly encouraged.
