Description
C&S Technical Resources, Inc. is soliciting bids from MWBE subcontractors and suppliers for the mechanical construction portion of a prevailing-wage, tax-exempt capital-improvement project. The work includes removing four rooftop units, installing one rooftop unit, demolishing ductwork on two floors, installing piping on two floors for ground-source heat pumps, and drilling wells for a geothermal system. The project has an 18% MBE goal and a 12% WBE goal. The contract term is approximately one year.
