Description
SUNY Upstate Medical University is seeking approximately 5,000 contiguous square feet of Class A medical space for a Family and Internal Medicine Clinic in Northern Suburb ZIP codes 13088 or 13090. The space must comply with Public Health Law Article 28 and applicable local building codes, including an Uninterrupted Power System (UPS), and must be accessible 7 days a week, 365 days a year, including overnight hours. The site must provide convenient patient access and at least 25 parking spaces for staff and patients, with paved, striped, and adequately lit parking. The landlord will be responsible for site and surface maintenance, including snow removal. Occupancy is desired by the fourth quarter of 2027, and the lease term must be at least five years. Proposals must separately identify the cost of bringing the space into compliance with Public Health Law Article 28 standards.
