Description
The U.S. Coast Guard is soliciting quotations from Women-Owned Small Businesses for a firm-fixed-price contract covering FY2027 dockside aviation availability repairs for USCGC Reliance (WMEC-210A). Work includes load testing of 28-volt DC and 400 Hz helicopter power supplies; anemometer removal, inspection, and reinstallation; aviation-fuel flow-meter calibration; helicopter Talon grid inspection, testing, preservation, and reinstallation; flight-deck and helicopter-operating-area preservation; structural renewal of stack-space deck and bulkhead plating; aviation-fuel tank cleaning and inspection; and optional partial tank preservation and helicopter tie-down fitting renewal. The contractor must provide planning, quality-control, coating, technical-representation, subcontract-management, system-cleaning and flushing, watertight-closure experience, and welding documentation. Required quote volumes are a cover letter, technical capability submission, experience submission, past-performance submission, and completed Attachment I price schedule. The technical submission is limited to 15 pages, the experience submission to 5 pages, and the past-performance submission to 3 pages; the solicitation also requires up to three recent and relevant references performed within the prior three years. The stated period of performance is January 26, 2027, through February 24, 2027.
