Description
Escambia County is seeking a licensed, insured, and qualified contractor for the rehabilitation of an owner-occupied single-family residence at 203 Frisco Road. The primary scope is roof replacement, including removal of the existing roof covering, replacement of damaged decking and framing as needed, underlayment, drip edge, vents, flashing, boots, architectural shingles or modified bitumen for low-slope areas, hurricane clips where required, tree trimming, debris removal, fascia and soffit repairs, and replacement of existing gutters with six-inch seamless gutters, four-inch downspouts, splash blocks, and diverters. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, permits, inspections, insurance, and overhead. The solicitation also includes specified or equivalent residential rehabilitation materials and requires compliance with applicable building codes, inspections, homeowner sign-off, construction photographs, and a 30-day completion period. Responses must be submitted electronically through the OpenGov portal; hand-delivered, emailed, and faxed submissions are not accepted.
