Description
Salt Lake County Behavioral Health Services proposes a sole-source bridge agreement with Refugee & Immigrant Center – Asian Association, International Rescue Committee – Salt Lake City Regional Office, Catholic Community Services – SLC, and THRIVE Center for Survivors of Torture, formerly UHHR, to continue refugee treatment services. The services must align with and complement those provided through the State Refugee Services Office and are intended to prevent service interruptions for refugee clients. The proposed agreements would cover 1.5 years, from January 1, 2027, through June 30, 2028, while the County prepares a competitive procurement for subcontracted services planned for 2028. Estimated costs range from $70,000 to $96,000 per agreement.
