Description
Salt Lake County is conducting a Request for Information to assess interest from qualified food service providers in operating a nonsubsidized employee cafeteria at the Midvale Complex. The potential scope may also include use of the facility's kitchen as a commissary for the selected vendor's broader food service operations. Responses will help the County determine how to structure a potential future Request for Proposal, which may be released in late 2026 or early 2027. The RFI requests information from interested providers rather than proposals for an immediate contract award.
