Description
Granite School District is soliciting an annual, as-needed contract for asphalt repair and pavement painting services at locations throughout the district. The scope includes crack sealing with routing, two-coat polymer seal coating, mastic gap filling for cracks larger than one inch, parking lot and playground line striping and painting, curb painting, and sweeping with debris disposal. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, supplies, and incidentals. The contractor must hold a current Utah S260 Asphalt and Concrete contractor's license or higher, demonstrate at least five years of similar experience for an entity of similar size, respond to site-visit and quotation requests within three calendar days, and generally complete each job within 14 calendar days after receiving a purchase order. The contract is anticipated to run from October 1, 2026, or earlier, through October 31, 2027, with annual renewal options through October 31, 2031. Annual quantities are estimates only, and the district guarantees no minimum or maximum work. General and automobile liability insurance of $1 million per occurrence and $3 million aggregate is required, along with workers' compensation coverage at statutory limits.
