Description

The Idaho Military Division is soliciting sealed bids for construction of a 5,900-square-foot, single-story dormitory barracks at Camp Orchard. The project includes site civil work, a concrete foundation, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, new latrine and shower areas, and extensions of existing utilities to serve the new building. The estimated project cost is $3,100,000, and all work must be completed within 365 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. A bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid amount, including add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractors License for the State of Idaho is required of the successful bidder before contract award.
