LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR BID Bid 27001 Ada County Bulk Fuel Purchase FY27 The Board of Ada County Commissioners will receive and publicly open, sealed and clearly marked bids for Bid 27001 Ada County Bulk Fuel Purchase FY27. Sealed bids are to be submitted online to Ada County Procurement at https://adacounty.bonfirehub.com no later than 4:00 p.m. local time, on September 25, 2026. All bids will be electronically date and time stamped as they are submitted. Bids cannot be accepted if submitted by hard copy, mail, facsimile, or e-mail. Bids will be publicly opened and the names of participating vendors read aloud on September 29, 2026, on or about 9:00 a.m. local time in the Board of Ada County Commissioners' Conference Room, located on the third floor of the County Courthouse and Administration Building, 200 W. Description
Ada County is soliciting fixed-margin bids for the supply and delivery of bulk gasoline and diesel fuel, indexed to Oil Price Information Service rack pricing for the Boise, Idaho terminal market. Deliveries will be made to various county locations, including the sheriff’s office, weed and pest abatement, landfill, Expo Idaho, and parks and waterways facilities. The estimated fiscal year 2027 requirement is approximately 480,000 gallons. This is a non-exclusive, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity bid, so the County does not guarantee purchases at the estimated quantity. The awarded contract may also be made available to other eligible public entities within Idaho under the same terms, with participating entities responsible for establishing separate contracts, addenda, or purchase orders and for their own payments and obligations.
