Description
The State of Idaho Division of Public Works is soliciting sealed bids for the Southwest Supervisory Area Administration facility project, including replacement of asphalt shingle roofing systems, replacement of single-ply roofing systems, and HVAC upgrades. A 5% bid bond based on the total bid amount, including add alternates, is required. Bidders must hold a State of Idaho Public Works Contractor's License. The estimated project cost is $306,268.00. Plans, specifications, proposal forms, and related information are available for examination and purchase or refundable-deposit checkout through the identified plan rooms and design professional.
