The USDA Forest Service intends to negotiate a two-phase firm-fixed-price purchase order for crash-attenuating seat assemblies for one Airbus AS-332L1 Super Puma helicopter. Phase I requires manufacturing all parts, placards, and assemblies needed for one complete seat installation. Phase II requires assembly and installation of the seats. The contractor must hold an FAA Part 145 Certified Repair Station certificate with either an Airframe Class 4 rating or a Super Puma helicopter limited rating. This is a sole-source solicitation for Precision Integrated Programs, LLC.; no other sources will be considered. The requirement is not set aside for small business.
