Description
The Government is seeking a comprehensive, turn-key service for Tactical Air Control Party (TACP) and Special Warfare recruiting events. The contractor must conduct targeted digital marketing and lead generation, including social media advertising, podcast promotion, at least 1 million social media impressions, and 150-250 qualified recruiting engagements. The contractor must also conduct a virtual recruiting event before or alongside the physical event. The scope includes recruiting-event logistics, facility and equipment coordination, attendee transportation as needed, pre-screening of U.S.-citizen registrants age 16 or older, water-safety and medical support, liability coverage, secure handling and destruction of participant PII/CUI, and on-site execution of intensive physical fitness, water-confidence, mentorship, nutrition, mobility, and human-performance activities. The contractor must provide qualified former Special Warfare personnel and SMEs, coordinate recruiter presentations and a special guest speaker, and demonstrate prior experience with Special Operations Forces athletic or recruiting events. The place of performance and period of performance are stated as TBD.
