Description
The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service, Wildlife Services, National Feral Swine Program, seeks a firm-fixed-price commercial supply purchase of nine .223/5.56 NATO Wylde semi-automatic long rifles and nine .308 Winchester semi-automatic long rifles. The rifles must meet detailed specifications, including long-stroke piston actions, forged ambidextrous receivers, specified barrel lengths and materials, adjustable gas blocks, Picatinny rails, collapsible stocks, flared magwells, Type III hardcoat anodized finishes, and standard manufacturer warranties. The contractor must provide delivery, warranty coverage, operator documentation, secure shipment with signature upon delivery, and an electronic serial-number list at least 24 hours before delivery. Offerors must be active in SAM, hold a valid Federal Firearms License, and be authorized law-enforcement distributors where applicable. The rifles must be manufactured in the United States and comply with applicable domestic-sourcing requirements. Quotations must include complete pricing for both line items, a technical submission confirming compliance and the ability to deliver within 45 days after award, and required responsibility documentation.
