Description
The Idaho Air National Guard’s 124th Logistics Readiness Squadron is seeking two brand-name Snap-on Level 5 Automated Tool Control top-unit upgrade kits, part number L5A0298I31C, for installation on existing government-owned Snap-on 54-inch roll-cabinet bases, part number L5AA541B0. New base cabinets or toolboxes are not included. Each top unit must physically and structurally integrate with the existing cabinet without modifications, preserve cabinet locking mechanisms, and provide either a polyurea-coated or stainless-steel work surface. The system must use integrated camera-based imaging to track tools without RFID tags, barcodes, chips, or modified tool inserts; detect drawer and inventory errors; provide at least 30 minutes of UPS backup; integrate with the existing Snap-on L5 Connect/LockView database and network; support real-time synchronization, reporting, email alerts, badge/keypad access, automatic drawer locking, and a 13.3-inch resistive touchscreen with audible confirmations. Technical acceptability requires quoting the exact Snap-on brand-name part numbers specified; award will be based on the lowest-priced technically acceptable quotation. Options are not applicable.
