Description
Headwaters Construction Company, acting as construction manager/general contractor for the State of Idaho Department of Administration, Division of Public Works, is conducting a partial re-bid for subcontractor work on a new 10,000-square-foot residential cottage. Only the following trades are included: survey, site furnishings, storefront, drywall, and building specialties. Subcontractors submitting bids over $100,000 must hold an active Idaho Public Works license with a sufficient bid limit at the time of proposal. Bid documents are available electronically from Headwaters Construction Company. Bidders must review the contract documents for submission instructions and deadlines; late bids will not be considered.
