The Defense Logistics Agency Energy (DLA Energy) is soliciting offers for a 60-month requirements contract to supply and deliver Aviator's Breathing Oxygen (ABO), Type II (NSN 6830-01-644-2463) to the Air National Guard Base at Gowen Field, Idaho. The contractor shall provide all product, materials, supplies, management, tools, equipment, transportation, and labor necessary for delivery F.O.B. Destination into Government-owned tanks. The estimated 5-year total quantity is 75,000 UG6. The product must meet the requirements of MIL-PRF-27210J. Associated services include expedited/emergency delivery, detention fee, fill line restriction orifice, and tank hot fill. The period of performance is from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2031. Inspection is at origin, acceptance at destination. The contract type is a Simplified Indefinite-Delivery, Firm Fixed-Price Requirements contract. Offers must include pricing, technical capability statement, past performance, and other required forms. Offers are due by September 14, 2026, at 3:00 PM CDT.
