Description
The Utah Division of Purchasing intends to award a noncompetitive amendment to Contract 266128 with Pinpoint Testing LLC for additional custom analytical ToxBox plates. The amendment would add $12,000 in funding to support a chemical threat laboratory's transition from drug standards to custom analytical plates for drugs-of-abuse testing. The notice is open to interested vendors that can challenge the proposed noncompetitive award. A contesting vendor must identify the contesting person, explain the challenge in detail, provide documentation of competing sources, and demonstrate the ability to provide a comparable, better, equivalent, or proprietary item. A cost comparison is also required if transitional costs are the stated justification.
