Description
Foster Township is soliciting a single-prime contractor to perform the Anthracite Memorial Park Wall Bracing Project. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and other work required by the contract documents, complete the work on a lump-sum basis, and meet the required schedule. Project labor must be priced in accordance with Pennsylvania's prevailing minimum wage determination. The project is subject to a 10% proposal guarantee and requires the successful contractor to provide performance and payment bonds, each equal to the full contract price. The solicitation package includes a project manual and drawings. Required online submission components include bidder information, a PDF bid bond, required PDF documents, a bidder acknowledgements questionnaire, a pricing bid table, and required additional-work and deleted-work percentages.
