Description
Montgomery County Department of Public Safety is soliciting a competitive bid for one Viavi ComXpert CX300 communications service monitor complete system, including the three-year hardware warranty and calibration certificate, Motorola APX and APX Next auto-test/alignment capabilities, P25 conventional and Phase II capabilities, carrying case, RF cable, and 10-amp current shunt. The County also requests a trade-in credit for its existing Viavi 3920B equipment and has identified a potential purchase of one unit in 2026 and a second unit in 2027. Bidders must provide pricing covering all required materials, labor, and related services, along with at least three references for comparable installations. The contract is stated to be effective for 120 days from full execution and formal notice to proceed. Required submission materials include a current W-9, Appendix A submission forms, a completed Terms & Conditions questionnaire, a completed bid table/cost submission, and references; responses must be uploaded through the County procurement portal.
