Description
Flint Community Schools is soliciting lump-sum sealed bids for primary structural steel for its new Flint High School under Bid Release No. 02A, Project No. 25-2985. The work is identified under Bid Category 05A – Structural Steel and is part of the new high school construction project. Bids must include bid security of at least 5% of the total base bid, which may be provided as a bid bond or certified check. Bidders must also submit the required familial disclosure, Iran-linked-business statement, Affidavit of Compliance – Criminal Background Checks, and acknowledgment that Clark Construction Company's online prequalification database has been completed or updated. The apparent contractor's project manager and superintendent/foreman must attend the post-bid interview.
