Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is soliciting 29 replacement OB-VASC combination handheld Doppler systems for clinical departments within the Northern Indiana Healthcare System. The requirement includes handheld vascular Doppler units, interchangeable vascular probes, batteries or power accessories, operator manuals, shipping and delivery, and manufacturer-standard warranty support. Equipment must support non-invasive peripheral vascular assessment, display pulse rate and battery status, produce high-quality Doppler audio, operate on standard battery power, and be suitable for professional clinical use. The contractor must provide equipment manufactured in the United States, deliver it within 45 calendar days after receipt of order, provide shipment tracking, and replace damaged, defective, or nonconforming equipment at no additional cost. The procurement is a firm-fixed-price supply contract and is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business concerns. If the offeror is not the original equipment manufacturer, a letter of authorization from the OEM must be submitted.
