CITY OF NEW HAVEN, INDIANA NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS 706 BROADWAY MIXED-USE COMMERCIAL AND RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT The City of New Haven, Indiana ("City"), hereby provides NOTICE and invites qualified developers ("Proposers"), pursuant to Indiana Code 5-22-9, to submit proposals for the development of a multi-family housing and mixed-use commercial project at 706 Broadway Street, New Haven, Indiana 46774 (the "RFP"). By issuing this RFP, the City is soliciting proposals from qualified developers with demonstrated experience in redevelopment, multi-family residential, and mixed-use projects, and the capacity to deliver a high-quality development on an efficient timeline. The site consists of approximately 0.32 acres currently zoned C3, General Commercial, with one existing building in fair condition that may require demolition. The proposed development must provide high-quality, architecturally distinctive mixed-use ground-floor commercial space, second-level flexible coworking or office space, and upper-story residential units, and must align with the City's Downtown Redevelopment Plan and economic development goals.
