Description
The Northeast Allen Fire Protection District is soliciting sealed construction bids for an addition and remodel to Station 240. The project is located at 18631 State Road 37, Harlan, Indiana, and bidders must obtain and review the project plans, specifications, and instructions to bidders. Bids must include a 5% bid bond or cashier's check and the required non-collusion affidavit. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled, and the contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, subject to the District's right to reject any or all proposals.
