Description
The City of Fort Wayne is soliciting bids for the replacement of approximately 400 lead water service lines within the eastern half of Census Tract 20. The project also includes approximately 3,375 feet of 6-inch HDPE water main and 2,060 feet of 8-inch HDPE water main installed by horizontal directional drilling, along with hydrants, valves, connections, and related appurtenances. The contractor must furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials, and power required for complete performance. Bids must be submitted electronically through QuestCDN's vBid system, and the successful bidder must provide labor and material payment and performance bonds, each for at least 100% of the contract price.
