Description
The Town of Churubusco is soliciting construction bids for water distribution improvements involving the installation of 14 new water insertion valves ranging from 4 inches to 12 inches. The scope includes all mobilization, materials, labor, equipment, incidentals, permits, licenses, insurance, and related costs required to complete the work. The contractor must also perform site restoration. Bids must be completed on engineer-provided bid forms and include the Non-Collusion Affidavit and revised Indiana Questionnaire Form No. 96. A certified check or acceptable bidder's bond of at least 5% of the highest aggregate proposal is required. Performance and payment bonds, each in the amount of 100% of the contract price, are required at contract execution.
