The U.S. Navy is soliciting repair and overhaul services for three aircraft components: a fuel control panel, an electronic module assembly, and a flight computer. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, replacement parts, tooling, testing, inspection, storage, and related equipment needed to return the items to a ready-for-issue condition in accordance with the specified drawings, repair manuals, and technical publications. The work includes disassembly, cleaning, inspection, component repair or replacement, reassembly, testing, quality control, configuration management, packaging, and storage. Contractors must maintain an ISO 9001 or SAE AS9100-compliant quality system, an acceptable calibration program, and approved repair procedures and test documentation. The solicitation requires performance at the contractor's identified facility and establishes repair turnaround, throughput, induction, government acceptance, and reporting requirements.
