Description
The City of New Haven, Indiana, is requesting proposals from qualified developers for the redevelopment of approximately 11 acres between 436 Lincoln Highway and 620 Lincoln Highway in New Haven. The property is zoned Planned Unit Development, and the existing three structures are anticipated to require demolition. The proposed project should include mixed-use development along the southern Lincoln Highway frontage, with first-floor retail or commercial space and upper-floor office and/or residential uses, as well as multifamily residential development on the northern portion of the site. Proposers should demonstrate redevelopment, multifamily housing, and mixed-use development experience, financial capacity, and the ability to complete the project efficiently. A letter of interest is due October 1, 2026, and the proposal deadline is November 20, 2026.
