Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking one U.S.-manufactured CO2 laser system with associated accessories, including a 125 mm handpiece set and six pairs of CO2 laser glasses. The requirement also includes a laser safety officer certification course for two participants, an online laser education portal for staff, delivery, professional installation, and initial training for up to 15 nurses, doctors, and technicians. The system must meet specified technical requirements, including selectable continuous-wave, pulsed, and super-pulse emission modes; 0.5–15 W super-pulse power; 30 W peak power; a 45-inch arm reach; self-contained air cooling; specified spot diameters and aiming beam; defined dimensions, weight, environmental conditions, and dedicated power requirements. Delivery is required within 45 days after receipt of order, with installation and training performed at the medical center. The procurement is a one-time firm-fixed-price purchase order and is set aside for small business concerns. Quotes must include pricing, technical compliance information, warranty terms, offeror information, and the required Buy American Certificate; non-OEM resellers must provide an OEM authorization letter.
