Description
The Trustees of Purdue University are soliciting sealed bids for the complete construction project titled “Fort Wayne Campus - Neff Hall Building Controls Replacement-2026.” Bids must be submitted on State Board of Accounts Form 96 with executed Form 96A, a Non-Collusion Affidavit, the Principal Subcontractor Questionnaire, a written employee drug-testing program, and the required Contractor’s Combination Bid Bond and Bond for Construction. The bond must be in the amount of the maximum total of the base bid and any alternate bids and must guarantee contract execution and faithful performance. The remaining Questionnaires and Material Lists are due after the bid submission, by October 29, 2026. Bidding documents are available through Eastern Engineering Supply, with a $100 refundable deposit required for each hardcopy set. A voluntary pre-bid meeting is scheduled for September 29, 2026, at Ginsberg Hall in Fort Wayne.
