Description
The U.S. Department of State is soliciting one Zoll X Series monitor/defibrillator with advanced life-support capability. Mandatory specifications include ECG monitoring through 3-lead and 5-lead cables, paddles, or hands-free electrodes; external apex/sternum paddles with adult and pediatric surfaces; more than four hours of continuous ECG monitoring on battery power; integrated pacing; automated readiness testing for defibrillation, pacing, ECG, AC power, battery status, and a 30-joule shock test; and SpO2, EtCO2, and non-invasive blood-pressure monitoring. The equipment must include a minimum five-year manufacturer's warranty. The purchase order is firm-fixed-price and includes an option to purchase additional quantities. Award will be made to the lowest-priced acceptable and responsible quoter based on the total evaluated price, including options. The quotation must include the completed solicitation, pricing, representations and certifications, required federal representations, SAM registration information, relevant experience and references, evidence of resources, licensing information, and a delivery plan.
