Description
NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Philadelphia is soliciting on a sole-source basis for the repair, overhaul, upgrade, testing, inspection, and return-to-service of RECEIVER, RADIO units, part number 7519-0500-010, NSN 5821-016969950, for P-8 aircraft. The contractor must provide the facility, labor, materials, parts, tooling, testing equipment, repair procedures, and process-control documentation necessary to restore the units to Ready for Issue condition. Work must be performed at the contractor's identified facility using the specified drawings, repair manuals, and technical data; the contractor must also maintain appropriate quality, calibration, configuration-management, storage, packaging, and marking systems. The initial induction period is 365 calendar days from contract award, with a government option to extend it by an additional 365 days. The contractor must propose pricing for up to four units over the entire contract period, including the initial quantity, and provide separate second-year pricing if applicable. The procurement applies the terms and conditions of BOA N0038323GA201 and includes requirements addressing beyond-economic-repair, missing-on-induction, over-and-above repair, parts control, ISO 9001/SAE AS9100 quality systems, and contractor-performed testing and inspection.
