Description
Juab County Tourism seeks one agency to provide search engine optimization, strategic marketing, digital media buying, advertising creative, and campaign reporting. SEO work includes reviewing and optimizing the tourism website, researching search terms, improving priority pages and visitor content, and coordinating technical changes with the existing website provider. The agency will develop a marketing plan and manage digital advertising on Google, Meta, and YouTube, targeting regional audiences and out-of-state travelers. It will also create campaign copy and graphics, edit County-provided photography and video, and ensure materials follow the established destination brand. The selected agency must provide monthly reports on work, campaign performance, advertising expenditures, fees, and recommended next steps; track visitor actions; support cooperative marketing grant reporting; and meet with the Tourism Director at least monthly. Proposals must include relevant experience and results, assigned personnel and any subcontractors, a County-specific strategy and work plan, an itemized cost proposal, three relevant client references, and specified signed certifications and acknowledgments. The estimated initial-year budget is $60,000, and the contract may include up to four additional one-year renewals.
