Description
The University of Akron’s School of Performing Arts seeks an agency to plan, produce, and execute an integrated, multi-channel campaign to increase attendance and ticket sales for student music, dance, and theatre performances and raise awareness of its degree programs. The campaign should align with the university’s “The World Needs More Yes” brand platform and support performances across the academic year, including events at major stages, campus performance spaces, and other local venues. The scope includes campaign strategy and scheduling, creative development and multi-format assets, data-driven media planning and buying, account management, campaign tracking and optimization, and a final performance analytics report. Proposals must include an agency profile and relevant experience, strategic approach, media plan and budget allocation, creative concept, detailed cost proposal, and account-management approach with two to three relevant case studies. The total all-in budget is $175,000, covering agency fees, production, media placement, and out-of-pocket costs. Vendors providing web-accessible systems must provide a VPAT; references may be requested.
