Description
Colorado Northwestern Community College, acting through the State of Colorado, is seeking qualifications from architectural and engineering firms for the Holland West Remodel. The selected consultant will evaluate the existing 9,242-square-foot residential facility, assess conditions, and develop space-utilization and renovation options aligned with institutional goals and available funding. Identified needs include roof replacement, sanitary sewer repairs, foundation settlement, aging mechanical and electrical systems, accessibility improvements, and extensive interior renovations. The estimated project cost is $1,500,000. The anticipated delivery approach is Design/Bid/Build. Services are expected to include architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, code-compliance, cost-control, quality-control, scheduling, bidding, and construction-administration support, as applicable. The project must comply with Buy Clean Colorado requirements, including Environmental Product Declaration and global-warming-potential requirements for eligible materials. Respondents must demonstrate relevant experience, provide project-team and firm capabilities, describe their project approach and work location, and address equity, diversity, and inclusion. Selection consists of a scored qualifications submission followed by oral interviews for shortlisted firms.
