The Concord ABC Board is requesting a statement of qualifications from qualified architectural and engineering professionals for a proposed new ABC store at approximately 5,330 square feet. The project includes a sales display area, warehouse, and delivery dock; a preliminary site plan and building layout have already been completed. The selected firm may provide site and building plans, grading plans and specifications, cost estimates, permits and approvals, bidding documents and administration, pre-bid and pre-construction conferences, shop drawing review, construction inspections, progress meetings, change-order processing, and review of contractor pay requests. The submission must be a concise qualifications statement addressing the firm's experience, key personnel, references, litigation and safety history, financial standing, and insurance coverage, with a 15-page limit.
